Broken Planter container not accepted
After waiting for so many weeks, I was highly disappointed that one of the two planters was seriously broken. When will it be replaced? I hope not as long as it took for the items to arrive in the first place? Thank you. Fred B. From TCU: We are sorry for the carriers damage and thank you for refusing the damaged item.
