All claims must be submitted in writing with a copy of the invoice to Witt Industries. Witt Industries hereby disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence or abuse. Witt Industries, at its option, shall repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any items found defective upon inspection by an authorized Witt Industries service representative. Purchasers should be aware that normal use of these high quality products may result in superficial damage affecting the finish. Scratches, nicks, and dents are to be considered normal wear and tear, and are not the responsibility of Witt Industries.
