The CleverCan's open bottom design has a welded-on hinge that securely bolts the unit to the ground for secure, permanent receptacle placement. To operate, hold the units side handle and tilt the receptacle to easily remove the waste from the bottom of the opening. This design feature eliminates the need to lift heavy waste over the top of the receptacle, thus saving money by speeding up the waste removable processes and preventing poly bag rupture that spills waste.
