What payment options do you accept for online purchases? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal for online purchases. We also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Corporate Checks, and Personal Checks if you are submitting an order via mail. All orders submitted via mail using any of these check payment options must be made payable to Gotta Have It For Less.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order? Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. So it's completely secure. IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ: All customer credit card statements will be billed as GOTTAHAVEIT or GOTTAHAVEITFORLESS.
How will my package(s) be shipped? All orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Service, or by Freight
Do you accept international orders? Yes. If you are ordering for an international destination, please contact our customer service for a freight quote.
When will my order ship? Orders placed before 5pm EST will be processed same day. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for delivery. If delivery is delayed further for any reason, you will be notified. International orders may have an extended delivery time depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Do you accept Purchase Orders? Yes. We will happily accept purchase orders from corporate, educational, non-profit and government organizations pending a credit review by our finance and accounting staff. Purchase orders must be signed, bona fide documents that specify both a shipping and billing address; and all relevant costs, including product prices, shipping and handling, and taxes (if applicable). Requisitions, letters, faxes, or memoranda referencing a purchase order number will not be accepted. To place an order by purchase order we must receive the purchase order by fax or US mail. If you already have a completed credit application you may fax it along with your purchase order to (570)253-6878. Some additional terms and conditions include: o All products bought by purchase order must be shipped to a US destination. o Payment terms are Net 30 with payment made payable to Gotta Have It For Less. o We cannot accept purchase order numbers over the phone. o We cannot accept international purchase orders. o We cannot process an order until we have received a signed purchase order.
