What payment options do you accept for online purchases? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for online purchases. We also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Corporate Checks, and Personal Checks if you are submitting an order via mail. All orders submitted via mail using any of these check payment options must be made payable to Gotta Have It For Less.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order? Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. So it's completely secure.
How will my package(s) be shipped? All orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Service, or by Freight
Do you accept international orders? Yes. If you are ordering for an international destination, please contact our customer service for a freight quote.
When will my order ship? Orders placed before 2pm CST will usually ship within 48 hours. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for processing and delivery. If delivery is delayed further for any reason, you will be notified. International orders may have an extended delivery time depending on your location.
Can I receive a discount for a large volume order? Yes. Just contact us for a quote for large quantity orders. You can even fax us for a quote. Generally we offer a 10% discount on orders over $1000.
What is your return policy?
Do you accept Purchase Orders? Yes. We will happily accept purchase orders from corporate, educational, non-profit and government organizations pending a credit review by our finance and accounting staff. Purchase orders must be signed, bona fide documents that specify both a shipping and billing address; the preferred shipping method; and all relevant costs, including product prices, shipping and handling, and taxes (if applicable). Requisitions, letters, faxes, or memoranda referencing a purchase order number will not be accepted. To place an order by purchase order we must receive the purchase order by fax or US mail. Some additional terms and conditions include: o Purchase Orders over $1000 require a 50% deposit. o Purchase Orders over $5000 require payment in advance. o All products bought by purchase order must be shipped to a US destination. o Payment terms are Net 30. o We cannot accept purchase order numbers over the phone. o We cannot accept international purchase orders. o We cannot process an order until we have received a signed purchase order.
